Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 from Stavanger) is an Norwegian music producer and a singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, released in May 2015 by Decca Records to great approval of bloggers in the music industry and media. Half the World Away - by Oasis to accompany John Lewis' Christmas ad and Nature Boy - by Nat King Cole have already been two covers worth noting that the artist has done. Katy Perry's praise for her track Runaway in a blog post added to the musician's acknowledgement. Make it a day to celebrate her birthday. Aurora Aksnes' first musical moment was when she stumbled across a miniature piano hidden in the basement and becoming enthralled by the sounds it produced. Her parents May-Britt and Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to pursue music not as a profession or a pastime, but to grow. Thus, she began with her own music. Alongside Bjork as well, she mentions Leonard Cohen as an influence. The singer decided to perform the songs she wrote publicly after her mother said they might help others not to gain fame with her work, but instead help people see around them realize their importance and the ways they impact the world. She began playing the piano at age six and creating music when she was nine. It was unknown to her family until she turned fourteen. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. The only thing she loves is writing songs. For her music, it is the best means of communicating anything.
